History of the Cat Crisis Coalition
- The Coalition was formed in late September 2004;
- Established a Steering Committee, which first met in October 2004,
and has met fortnightly since then.
- Established several task-focussed working parties.

Developed a range of promotional and informational publications

Arranged print-runs of a range of promotional material, and
distributed these to a broad spectrum of the community

Devised strategies for lobbying organisations and politicians

Commenced development and monitoring of an action plan, setting
timelines for each stage of the campaign
