    CAT CRISIS COALITION -    Activities To Date * *
        Our aims are set out in the "ABOUT US" section of the website. Our activities to date include:
  • The Coalition was formed in late September 2004;
  • Established a Steering Committee, which first met in October 2004, and has met fortnightly since then.
  • Established several task-focussed working parties.
  • Developed a range of promotional and informational publications; [Nov.2004 to date]
  • Arranged print-runs of a range of promotional material, and distributed these to a broad spectrum of the community;
  • Devised strategies for lobbying organisations and politicians;
  • Commenced development and monitoring of an action plan, setting timelines for each stage of the campaign;
  • Developed and launched [early March 2005] a website;
  • Planning to formally launch the Coalition and Campaign [for mid March 2005];
